Washington Square Towers Condominium is one of my all time favorite condos in Downtown Bellevue. They are perfectly located near public parks, the Downtown Bellevue regional library, the mall and large tech head quarters. Yet they are far enough away from the highway that you don’t get the noise pollution of other buildings. The build quality here has a timeless feel with the brick exterior and plenty of greenery. It really lives up to the Bellevue slogan of a “city in the park”. Most importantly, they have a well organized HOA team that keeps a safe margin of reserve funds in case of emergencies. Living here feels worry-free and residence enjoy a high resale value as well.
